Appearance:: A middle aged man with a middle aged mindset. Mr. Pallin is quiet the laid back sort of guy. He will take his work seriously when he needs to and spends quiet a lot of time in the office at work, since he has no one at home he has to worry about. In general public he is a great guy and has been known to donate to organizations and help in renovations around the town. He will not let let anything slide though, you have to do what you said otherwise you will not get what is promised to you. He does not care who you are, this stays true to everyone that walks through his doors.
Personality:: Mr. Pallin is a laid back individual. He takes his work quiet seriously and spends more time in the office working then at home. He is a rather well known and well liked town member. He donates money to local and ongoing important organizations and donates out of his own salary and account to help further renovations in the area. He stays true to his word and will not let anything go for half done or half of what is asked. He expected that everything be completed as it was asked before you get what was asked in return.
History:: Brandon was not always from the area, he moved here when he was in his twenties. At twenty five he was elected into being Mayor of the town and took on the responsibility. An interest of his was Maple Creek and the owner at the time. He did everything in his power to help and assist, but as stubborn as they where they would take no charity. He helped assist Mary Ann Collins, Ashley's grandmother make the clause for the inhearitance of the farm and so far, has stuck to his word.
