Appearance:: Rose Ann is a very pretty young girl. She is often always in the latest of fashions and high designer clothes. Her clothes are always clean even though she is out working with horses. She must change at least six times a day her clothes. She always has a smile on her face and is in a good mood. Even though she will let you know she has money, she is not afraid to speak to you. She does not care who you are. She has a warm heart and likes to make her own judgment of someone rather then be told what to do. Her hair is always straightened, now and again it may be curley or up in a pony tail. Her skin is of fair color put during the summer she is always tan, but never uses a tanner. With first appearances many say Rose is stuck up just because of how she presents herself, but yet she talks to everyone.
Personality:: Upon first appearances and first introductions Rose Ann introduces herself in a mild manner. Anyone can clearly see she is made of money and she shows that with her clothes as well as her attitude at times. She often prefers to make her own judgment of how people are and who she should trust and who she should not trust. Unlike her father and brother she is a friend to Ashley Collins, somewhat aware of what is going on. You can say she is the little mouse that squeals as well as her brother Jesse.
Rose Ann always has a smile on her face and her bright green eyes shine out to all. She is always laughing and making comments. Sometimes the comments are not necessary, but she does not care. She also is not afraid to be someone's friend and then when she is not around then talk smack and degrade them so to speak. She often speaks before she thinks about what she is saying. Yet that does not bother her because she will not take anything back that she has normally said, because most of the time she feels it had an element to truth about it.
Likes:: Horses, Competing with horses, Riding, shopping, hanging out with friends, swimming, talking on the phone & spending money.
Dislikes:: not getting the latest fashion, old hand me down clothes, not getting money to spend, reading, writing, or anything that involves a lot of concentration.
History:: Rose Ann was born in Mudd Creek and raised there. Of course not in the era her father was. She grew up with a mall, a park, amusement park and all that fun stuff for kids to do, unlike her father.. Because of her fathers wealth, you can say she is quiet spoiled. She attends to best of the best high schools, of course all private with a teacher student ratio of 1 to 10. So her classes are quiet small. Ever since she was young, she had always gotten what she had wanted. Never having to shed any sweat.
As Ashley's grandmother passed away and Ashley started to make improvements, Rose Ann was on of the first to introduce herself to Ashley besides the mayor of the city. The two girls became good friends and Ashley shared a lot of information to Rose Ann who intern ended up telling her father some of it, but not all of it. Which Rose Ann already found out he knew for her father did some work of his own and found the will in the mayors office with the clauses Ashley had to complete in order to receive full ownership. Rose Ann is still friends today with Ashley, but no longer is the same, she is more hesitant and quiet, clearly agitated and annoyed. Hating her father as well as hating Ashley because of her determination.
